We ask a series of qualifying questions to each lead prior to sending anything over to you.

- If they are the homeowner & their contact information is correct
- If we are speaking to the correct person (no wrong numbers, etc.)
- If they are looking & motivated to list their home
- Confirm they are not already working with an agent or under any contracts or obligations
- We will attempt to determine the motivation behind listing (adding to family (upsizing), retiring (downsizing), relocation for job, etc.) but this isn't always possible
